My experience at this Starbucks was unfortunately not the best . I come here all the time and I was really stunned by the... service. I went in this Morning and I asked for a cup of hot water and the girl rudely says to me ? we just can?t be giving outhot water like that ? which is a lie because I?ve gotten some from this location multiple times and as a former barista I knowshe wasn?t telling the truth ! And others have gotten hot water from here as well, it really made me feel like she wasdiscriminating against me. Read more
I am writing for a woman friend who was just treated very disrespectfully by a Starbucks employee, a young man with red hair in... a bun. She has been a customer at your Starbucks (Robertson and Santa Monica Blvd in WeHo) since at least 2013 and has alwaysbeen well-treated. This young man needs some extra training in courtesy and customer relations and I'd appreciate a response tothis posting. My friend will be stopping at the Starbucks at Pavilions until this matter is addressed by management. Read more

Baristas that can't make real coffee.
Ordered 3 shots of espresso over ice with half and half. Got scolded by the barista that I should have ordered a latte. ... Really...? Barista that doesn't know espresso over ice with cream vs. latte... Not the same Starbucks experience nor service Iget from elsewhere. Wouldn?t recommend this location. Read more
Staff is super friendly, always puts sugar in my black coffee or gives me black tea instead. I don't normally care, but it... happens so often I decided to reviewed the location. Moral of the story always try coffee before leaving. Read more
Great location but this is the worst Starbuck i?ve ever been. Service was slow and when i picked up my drink, the guy threw a... straw instead of giving it properly to me. If you?re planning to use your laptop or anything that?s required to be chargedlater, don?t even bother to come here because NO POWER OUTLET (they?re all covered). Gave two stars because of the good customer service I've received from the other associates, but this time, after ordering a... sdwch and a pastry I went back for more hot water for my tea. The associate said; we can't give hot water due to safety. I ask,Is it because of the personal bottle? No, someone threw hot water at us. I say, they could trow coffee too. He goes, it's thestore policy. I am just wondering when he's gonna run out of excuses for denying me service. I ask can I buy hot water then? Hereplies NO! So I buy a tea just to get the hot water and you can see how disgruntled he is to have to finally give me the darnitem. He then denies to give it in a larger cup as I obviously bought the smallest size since I didn't even need one tea bag,let alone two, which come with the grande sizes. Just awful experience for a customer who regularly spends a lot at Starbucks. Read more
