One of the best pizzas I?ve had in LA. Dtown is merged with Phorage at this location. You can get both Viet food and Detroit... style pizza here. Service was great and staff were very friendly and helpful in choosing what to order. Ended up going with theLife is Truff 2020 and an Iceberg wedge salad. An incredible vegetarian pizza loaded with high quality goat cheese, mushrooms,truffle oil and onions. The crust is the real winner here. Fluffy but not dense and crispy all around. The salad was a greatpalate cleanser. Refreshing and well balanced with the tomatoes, crispy onion, pickled onions and ranch. I highly recommend andwill definitely be coming to DTown regularly. I grew up close to New York and never ever saw myself eating any other type of pizza. After coming here assuming it was New York... style I was pleasantly surprised, I will say now i will rarely ever eat New York style instead focusing on Detroit style.Honestly the best pizza I have ever laid eyes on. I would highly recommend going over other options like In-N-Out, Chipotle, orPizza Hut. I guarantee you it will be worth it.
