Nice location, lovely staff, I went for breakfast and the setting is wonderful in the outdoor area. The staff were very friendly... but the food wasn't as good as I expected. The scrambled eggs were genuinely good, the pastries were ok not great, wasn't flakyenough for me. But the French toast was a disappointment, felt like I was chewing rubber honestly. Overall lovely spot andamazing staff, might go back just for the eggs. Read more

Walk in here alone and been told was fully booked so I sat on bar. Ordered the bread (which is said to be a must-order) and the... cod for entree. Both tasted good and special, but just feel it?s a bit overpriced overall. Read more

isn't this food BEAUTIFUL?? when i go home, i take my parents to a new restaurant in a new LA neighborhood. this time was Ardor... @ardorweho in West Hollywood. this milk bread was phenomenal and definitely the best thing on the menu. you guys know i'm anappe-teaser girl so i enjoyed these. i don't remember what the 3rd pic was, and if i don't recall it probably wasn't that great.i think this is like $60-$70 worth of food so keep that in mind. ? this is the part 1 of the ardor review, so more to come onthe holistic experience. appe-teasers were solid, but would i 1) wait in line for this ? no 2) pay for another milk bread? iwould rather die 3) take guests here again? maybe guests im indifferent about, but no one i truly care about this dessert wasincredibly sexy ! however, i am ASHAMED to say how much it was ???? we had high expectations for the lamb, but it was such acheap cut of meat. why was an $85 lamb ???? chop FILLED w fat? there was more fat than actual meat ! everything else in betweenwas mediocre and not even worth commenting on. ? ? overall, is this a must try in LA ? NO way jose. if i?m in the area, i willeat the milk bread. but, i?m confident i can find a good milk bread elsewhere. i do NOT recommend, and this place is notapproved by me Read more
