If you have Subway rewards, do not bother coming here. They are clueless and rude. There was no one in the store when I first... entered. They had NO idea how to redeem my rewards for my earned free sub with the subway rewards and haven't for a year whenthe program started despite my repeated complaints. I left and walked back in with corporate on the phone to teach them how toredeem the rewards. I then waited for 8 people in line after I called corporate and they refused to take the phone to learn howto redeem the rewards and stared at me blankly and said nothing!! They called the owner who could care less, the workers spokeanother language about me and snickered in front of me! I HOPE the customers in that store at the time never come back! As faras I'm concerned this is RACISM at it's finest as I am not their nationality. I'll never be back and will tell EVERYONE NOT TOGO TO THIS LOCATION. Read more
Subway is a pretty good meal when I can't make it myself. Lot's of vegetables to add to my sandwich & they do a good job... preparing orders. Online ordering is easy & fast. I just wish Subway would go organic/non-gmo, I know business would go up inmany areas of Southern California. Read more
Used to be a good place to go for subway but it has really gone down hill asked for cheese, barely got a slice for a 6inch... sandwich tomatoes lol, 2 thin slices for the sandwich. And they were from small tomatoes. This sandwich was the weakest I haveseen. Go down the street to Platt. Ps if you get avocado, which I like although overpriced, I got less than a quarter of an oldrotten avocado. Never coming here again. Bad service, the employees act like they'd rather be anywhere else than at work making your sandwich. Went to use a coupon that recently received in the mail. they denied the coupon saying the sandwiches i wanted to order were... excluded from the coupon. the coupon listed what was excluded and the sandwiches i was ordering where not listed. This placeseems to just make up what coupons they want to accept. It is clear that they just except the coupons for the cheapest items onthe menu. Read more
