I used to love Stonefire grill but in the last couple years the quality has gone downhill. Almost every time I place an order,... it ends up being wrong and I have to send it back or something is missing. This evening I ordered a Salad for dine in and atri-tip meal to go. Initially they brought my to-go meal and I asked about the dine in meal. They said it would be right out.It turns out they forgot to make it and I had to remind them twice because they forgot again. While I was waiting for my saladI checked my togo order and they forgot the side of mash potatoes and the tri-tip was almost all fat so they had to remake andbring me my side of mash potatoes (I had to follow up with them twice on the missing mash potatoes) I did speak to the managerand he was very apologetic and I do appreciate that. Tri trip with garlic herb butter, baby back ribs, garlic mashed potatoes( too dry this time), beans ( not the best)
Friendly atmosphere, great customer service, amazing food.
Had a nice day with my mother on law for mother's day. The ribs and tri tip were good. The bread sticks were missing garlic and... flavor and the Caesar salad needed more dressing as it had barely any taste. The mash potatoes were very dry. I have eaten atthis restaurant before and the food was better on previous occasions. Read more
Their coleslaw is great, and the salads are good, but, no onion means no onion. It is really frustrating to get your meal home... and find extra onion on an order where you asked for none. In order to dig it all out of the salad I'd have to get rid of a lotof the salad. And then for the person packaging it to mark it off as complete, when clearly there is a bunch of onion sitting inthe corner and under the toppings it really makes you wonder what they are looking at when they package up the order. So incredibly delicious, can?t say enough! We ordered their baby back ribs, Tri Tip, pesto pasta, and a super yummy carrot cake... to share. They were all so amazing. The restaurant seemed clean for the most part & staff were very attentive. Both indoor &outdoor dining areas are open with necessary COVID protocols. Read more
The food is fine. The tri tip is pretty good and the pizza is better than expected. The salads are huge and pretty tasty. ... It's an easy place for pretty much any adult or kid, even the picky ones. It's a bit expensive for what it is, but what isn'tthese days. It's a regular in my rotation. Read more
