First of all I love IHOP and I love this IHOP but today was horrible. The coffee tasted like it had been sitting around all day.... We asked for a new cup and the new cup was just as bad and they said it was fresh. There was something wrong so my wife got asoda instead in the soda was flat and very sweet this. By the time all of this had taken place it had been 30 minutes and stillno food. The waitress came up and said don't worry your hamburger will be ready in a few minutes. Not happy with cash register, when we submited a cupón that reads: order two plates of same or lower price and pay for only... one, she didn't honor that offer, instead give us a 20% discount. We complained to the manager and only wanted to give a rainycheck or cupón for next visit for an extra reinvorsement not even close to the extra 30% short, manager argued that girl atregistet was only helping at register and didn't know how to charge or collect payments? Waited 50 minutes for my food. While others received their food almost immediately. The food was cold and bacon was burnt. It... was difficult to get the waiters attention, it wasn?t very busy. Overall disappointing service. I communicated this to the host,all she was able to do was apologize. I didn?t bother asking for a price adjustment for the bad service and food. We came in around 11pm by the looks it seems like they were a bit busy! The cooks were extremely busy! Only 2 people at the from... and almost full restaurant. We waited 15-20 minutes to get a table. Food was good, service was fast. Only issue is that the parking is really really terrible. The spots are super tiny. I have a... Tesla model 3, so not a large car by may means, and parking it between the lines resulted in both my tires touching the lines onboth sides. Door dings galore here I'm sure. Read more
Been coming here for years. There's actually people who have worked here for over 15 years! Very nice people. Good service... usually and good food. You're going to have to wait for a table on Sundays of course. I always build my own omelet, ham andCheddar. Of course there's always some jerk who won't turn off his mobile phone ringer. It took more than an hour to get in and get our order in. There was a long set of tables put together in that room. The poor... waitress had to take care of that long table plus other people. I blame the manager for not training his staff not to put an oldNanna plus a 3 year old in a room full of people when there were other tables in the other room that were available. Read more
