Service wise it's 5 stars they're super friendly and quick with service. But product wise I would recommend always getting the... smallest size otherwise it would turn into Ice Cream Soup within 5-10 minutes. I get that maybe the ice cream might not be ableto be super solid cause then they wouldn't be able to mix all the toppings you wanted but still it was meh cause it was more ofyogurt soft texture than ice cream. Todays I had the worst experience the guy who help me did my order wrong on top of that he was charging me more; I also show him... a coupon I had and he said he couldn?t take it as I get Gotta Love it and walk away. When I try my ice cream was awful he putalmonds which I did not ask for and my ice cream did not taste nothing like it always does. Read more

Cold Stone Creamery has undeniably good ice cream..which is very much appreciated here in the summer. A good choice of flavors... and your order is prepared in front of you on a granite slab. They offer shakes as well. On the negative side: prices aremoderate, being more expensive than their competition. Additionally, the employees for the most part haven't a clue whatcustomer service is. Good ice cream! I just wish they had more variety. People at this.location very friendly. I had the oreo overload, which come... with chocolate chips, and in my opinion it is better without the chocolate chips, but instead get more oreo. Will try the shalesnext time! Read more
I wish I could?ve taken a video or picture of how they mix the ice cream. Picking out your flavors and them adding the toppings... on the ice cream then mixing them all together. The flavors just explode in your mouth and the texture works so good. I lovethis branch too because their customer service is very kind and fast. Crew was welcoming. They go above and beyond foryou.
