Very busy, with quite a few employees preparing meals. They finished my order exceptionally quick, (10 mins with at least 5... orders ahead of me). The staff was organized and well managed. Food was hot! And service was friendly. ????they even had ordersthat were quite large, and were handling a tour bus order as well, which everyone was happily served. Stopped in with my four kids for dinner on the way home from a road trip. The cashier told me my card declined, however my... banking app showed it as going through. The manager came up and told me that it is a hold put on my card to make sure I hadenough money and that the credit machine won’t charge anything over $50. She took a few things and put them on a separateorder, so I had one order for $42.60 and another on a different card for $8.32. My card has been charged for the originalorder over $50 and twice for the 42.60 and the other card has been charged twice for the $8.32. I was okay with overpricedthruway food as I had 4 hungry children, however paying for my order three times is not okay, the manager and cashier were rudeand dismissive of my concern over the hold being put on my card and acted like it was my fault and an inconvenience to them. The last charge to my card went through at 11:20 pm, after we had already been home for 5 hours. Oh and if your going to chargesomeone $5 for fries the container should be more than half filled. Never going to an Arby’s again over $150 charged for a $50order. Read more

Stopped over for a quick bite on the way south. Missed the taste of the classic roast beef since we don't have arbys anymore in... Canada. I just say the curly fries, onion ring and roast beef were winners. The bread was really soft and pillowy as well.Service was really fast. Read more
I’m traveling with Comfort Tours Canada on a 4-day 3-nights (Hyatt Regency Newbrunswick NJ) trip from Toronto, ON to New York... City, NY. Our Tour Director is Natasha and Driver is Miriam on a Kunkel coach bus. This place is one of the stops along theway that I get to leave a review about. It might be brief but reflective of my experience. A quick bite to eat at thisArby’s and Tim Hortons rest stop. Arby’s was my selection. I chose the classic Roast Beef meal for $8.44. The gentleman that works there (silky hair, plus size, male) was very rude and condescending. I ordered something simple like a... chicken sandwich and curly fries and he had horrific hospitality. NOT ONLY WILL I NEVER BUY SOMETHING FROM THEM AGAIN BUT IDONT RECOMMEND THAT RESTAURANT! Then when he went to make the food after walking away from the register, he used hand sanitizerto "wash his hands" and proceeded to put on one glove and had one hand out while also having hairy arms. I noticed there was akid with long beautiful curly hair getting ice from back there and filling up the beverage containers however, he had no hairnet. The experience was horrible and the entire time I'm thinking don't poison my food because you are miserable at your job. I thanked him for my food and said I hope he had a good evening and he ignored me then kept waking and later turned to look atme while he rolled garbage container to the register aggressively. He should not work anywhere especially at a restaurant orfast food chain IF HE IS GOING TO ACT LIKE THIS. ALSO, my receipt did not say how much I owed but gave me a whole bunch ofother information.
