Horrible horrible horrible experience and poor choices and quality of ice nowadays. The older lady who runs the evening shift... and or worked October 8th 2022 around 6pm was very disgusting. Very rude and short with me for no reason. I Walked in and askedfor the smallest cup with two flavors. I was directed to the small which is one above the jr. I then proceed to try which wouldbe my 1st flavor if it was good. The Reese's ice was frozen and did not taste fresh. I then asked for the Jr. Because I wantedonly one flavor. She is moving so fast they give me double one flavor which I didn't want. No big deal, right? I explained whatI desired and she continues to go back and forth with me about how I ask for double and it doesn't go by flavor when I wassimply asking for one scoop because I am getting one flavor. She did not want to honor that and took back the wrong order andtook the next Customer in a rude and dismisive way. I don't even eat at Carvel but I will never be going back now and will telleveryone I know. Hoyers is literally right next door so don't waste your time at this location. Read more
Just order a large cup of Brookie ice cream and instead was sent chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream, it?s not bad but I was... really hoping to the flavored I ordered. Nonetheless the ice cream isn?t my favorite but my son enjoys it. Read more

Go to Hoyers. I went for my last time tonight. Ordered a large cup and there was just enough to fill a small cup in there. Hey... ALWAYS go around the the walls of the cup and leave the middle hollow. Tonight, the ice cream wasn't even above the rim. Theygive you a domed lid, no need here. Just use a flat one. Have been coming here for over 20 years and tonight just had a horrible experience but usually when the owner is around it?s a... bad one. Ordered lg. hot fudge sundae whip cream no cherry and the kid made an honest mistake and did the opposite. Added thecherries and no whip cream. He brought it to the owners attention and her fix instead of just making a new one was picking thecherries off yes it?s covered in cherry juice. So I asked if she could not do that and just make a new one. (In my head-Use thesame cup idc just don?t give me back a sundae covered in cherry juice when I don?t like cherries.)So she gave me this nasty lookand gave me a new one with less ice cream and the tiniest bit of whip creamI hope one of the long term employees sees this anddecides to take over or something because this owner has got to go.
