They are super slow and great at messing up your order. Also they're often out of many menu items. Today I was there in the left... order lane and sat there for a few minutes. Finally I said "hello?" We came in and ordered from the kiosk, which did not have receipt paper. We sat for 10 minutes in an empty dining room for our... food. Eventually we were asked if we were the online order, we said no, we ordered at the kiosk. They had our meal in a to gobag, not dine in. After having to ask for our drink cups, the ice machine had zero ice and we had to get from behind thecounter. We were then informed that they had zero ketchup for the fries. With the employees just standing around, there couldhave been some tables wiped down, or something done about the flies buzzing around. Wow just wow my food was fresh all of it burger fries everything. This crew was on point and as I was there one of the crew... members was cleaning. They did so good and were keeping thr place clean. I haven't eaten bk in 15 years and this was a foodfirst experience comming back . Read more
Terrible experience!! Older lady got a nasty attitude when I asked for ketchup. Drink machines were really a mess. One didn't... have ice, only half of the drinks were available. Other machine had ice but had even less choices for drinks!! I asked for nomayo, you could tell they had put mayo, then tried to scrape it off.... I really wonder why they are still open????? My family and I have dined-in three times in the last three months. Each time the food has been awesome, as close to the... pictures as I've ever seen! However, also each time the drink machines have very little available, only one gets ice, and theIcee machine has never been functional - all of which, I've been told, is Coke's fault. Read more
They were apparently running low on supplies. No strawberry shakes, no cherry slushy, no drink holders, and my fries didn't have... salt. Burger wasn't great either. Luckily I had some sauces from Wendy's to save the flavor. Oreo shake was pretty good. I'vebeen to several different Burger Kings around here and they all have trouble unfortunately. I usually get the ham croissant and hash browns. It seems like they're really quick at this location compared to some of the... other ones I've been to. The hash browns were fresh hot and crisp. Perfect. Read more
