The staff is very nice and I'm always pleased with my drink. I wish there were umbrellas on the patio, I'd hang out there more.... I'm assuming it's a city/county parking minimum issue, it's unfortunate there's a big unused parking lot, it would be betterserved as outdoor seating in the nice weather. I saw that they offered growler refills for cold brew and iced coffee so I thought I would take some growlers I got from a... brewery and get them filled. I did not have lids as it is standard at breweries to get a new lid with each refill. They took mypayment and filled the growlers returning them to me lidless. I asked the person working the counter if they had lids and theysaid they did not. When I talked to the manager and asked if I could get some lids or a refund, he was rude and unhelpfulbasically telling me it was my problem for not saving my lids. So now I have 128oz of coffee I guess they expect me to drinktoday. Thanks! Read more

This is a brand new location for beans and brew in West Haven. They completely gutted and renovated the old taco time, and it... looks amazing! The staff is so friendly. Travis and Gavin helped me at different times and both were over-the-top with theircustomer service! And the lobby is super comfortable for work, meetings or appointments, or just to relax and read. This hasbecome my new favorite spot in West Haven for sure! We loved it so much, my daughter went to work there. Go check this place outfor sure! Read more
Out of all the beans and brews iv been to this is far the best I?m glad the build one so close . Tony and all his staff is very... friendly and awesome to chit chat with . I usually have no issues, but this past weekend I stopped and got $30 worth of coffees and due to all of them tasting like... chemicals we had to pour them down the drain. I've tried calling and telling them the issue and also emailing them and have hadno response. I've found that the number that's listed for this location is incorrect. Read more
The employee was friendly and helpful. My Revolver was ok. My wife really liked her Mr B. The service was really slow but it... didn't bother me. Seems like a nice coffee shop. I'll be back to try something different. Today service was fast and smooth. Mywife loved her Revolver and I enjoyed my Mr B. Service was fast through the drive thru even though it was busy. Read more
I always go to this location and get the same drink every morning and let me just say West Haven has the best staff they are... always fast and great. This morning my drink had been made incorrectly, so I went in told them something was off . She said noproblem we will fix it and she gave me a $10 gift card.
