I was sad when Qdoba left, but Salsa Fresca has been a very good replacement. Everytime I go in the place is spotless and the... food fresh. My friend and I both got burrito bowls with carnitas. They were flavorful, filling, and made with care. I'm notsure of the name of the gentleman working at that time, but he was an artist with the ingredients. I've been a long timecustomer and I just hope this place can continue to compete with Moe's across the street because it's 1000X better. Looking fora fast, delicious, and filling lunch? After a long time, I felt it?d be an injustice if I don?t review this place. I placed a pick up order for Baja Chicken Taco... Salad and everything starting from the chicken, the portion size, quality of the nachos and salsa came with the order as a sidefor free, and the Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette or Aioli - I can?t remember, were made to perfection. One word - PERFECTION. TheCilantro Lime Aioli or Vinaigrette is top notch. I will go there again and again only for that. And the staffs are very politeas well. I really enjoy the freshness of the food and how it is built right in front of guests with items you choose from, and amazing... sauces with great variety. The chips are usually stale to me, but maybe that's how there's are..extra hard(most Spanish placesI've gotten chips from aren't like that though, even authentic places that aren't chain restaurants). Staff is patient andknowledgeable even with special packaging requests. Overall I really enjoy the food. Read more
I thought I'd give another Salsas a try, BIG MISTAKE! Look, if you're not going to offer ala carte (please teach your employees... the definition of "ala cart") have your menu clearly defined on the menu. I was told I had to get 3 tacos. I said 2 ground beefcrunchy tacos as I thought of what my 3rd would be so I paused and said BBQ Beef, the server started to add BBQ beef to the 2ndtaco. I asked her why she was getting the beef, she said, oh, I thought you only wanted 2, after she just said I had to get 3.She said, well..., you can get 2 or 3, what??!! Look, if you're not going to have ala carte,make it clear what I need to buy tobe blessed to order your food and pay for it. Plus, the amount of ground beef is 1/12th of a cup, in hopes that you're going tofill your taco with rice, beans and other non-ground beef taco fillings. These are such unnecessary problems. #1, if you need tocharge more to offer a ground beef taco with more than 1/12th a cup of ground beef, charge more instead of serving an inadequatetaco, and, wouldn't you want to do better than just adequate? I would hope so, remember, the customer comes first. You needuniformity in your restaurants, how do you stay in business? I ordered through ubereats. got the build your own burrito bowl with bbq shredded beef (double portion). was huge! i'm sure the... regular portion would've been enough. it came with a side of chips and salsa. the beef was really flavorful and tender, thoughthe sweet american bbq flavor didn't exactly pair with the mexican flavors but didn't bother me cuz everything was tasty. thankgoodness for salsa fresca bc the chipotle in the area is just straight up disappointing now. so happy i gave it a try! Nice spot to stop by for a quick solid meal with whole Foods. Service was great, food tasted great and fresh. Had a veggie bowl... and my room mate had a bowl with chicken/beef with tortillas on the side for both. Meal was really nice and filling. Woulddefinitely go back. Read more
Overall a great experience. The restaurant is very clean, the prices are very good, and the service was great. The tacos &... quesadilas, with a variety of meats and toppings, were fresh tasting, and seemed seasoned slightly different than we wereexpecting -which means better than expected- for fast food. Veggies all appeared fresh and tasted that way.They use naturalingredients and high quality meats here and you can tell.. They also have Hosmer soda in their machine, which is a definiteupgrade from the normal dispenser options. Read more
Salsas is good alternative to chipotle/ moe?s type of restaurants. I feel like they have a lot more to offer. Everything tastes... more fresh and the menu seems to offer a lot more. I do wish they offered steak and other meat alternatives. It?s worth checkingout if you?re in the area. Read more
