Went from 5 star to 1 star. This place was great at first now it?s just horrible it?s like the things you pay extra for, they... don?t care they put what they want on for you and not what you paid for ! Orders always come out wrong, just at this point shutthem down or fire everyone and hire new people with proper training . Read more
I went to Dunkin Donuts on Park Road in West Hartford for a grilled cheese. What I got was 2 slices of dry rye bread with some... cheese and bacon microwaved, not grilled. It was terrible. Read more
The young man who took care of me was patient, kind,courteous, and understanding; the reason I say this is because I'd went to 3... other Dunkins before this one and all 3 were close an hour before scheduled and the employees were rude. Love Dunkin. I would give this visit to this Dunkin 0 stars if I could. 20 minute wait after arriving for an order that was... placed online 10 minutes before that. The store wasn't at all busy. The one employee working was more interested in his phonethan his job. Offered no explanation for delay not to mention no apology. I would be embarrassed if that were my store. Read more
Certain customers get special treatments if you are known by the shift leader you can just cut the line and get served. I didn?t... know you had VIP service now. I expect to be served as you come in if there?s a line wait like the rest that are waiting. Thenwanna be rushing me to get out the way to serve the next person in line but it?s ok when the guys she knows just comes in andalready asking him what he wants while there is people waiting in line.
