The meal we got Friday night was the literal definition of *average* Chinese food. We ordered the sesame chicken, with a side of... white rice, fried rice, and egg drop soup. Every individual part was average at best. The egg drop soup was slimy andtasteless, the "fried" rice was just slightly browned white rice (no egg, carrots, onions, or peas). The chicken was barelyflavorful and mushy, and the broccoli was somewhat cooked. The sauce was thick and slimy too. I've seen SO many good reviews ofthis restaurant, so I truly am giving them the benefit of the doubt - I will come back and try some other dishes when it isn't abusy Friday night. This is our go-to place for Chinese food. The food is fantastic, they have incredible vegan and vegetarian options (try the... vegan short ribs), and they're open later than other places (9:30pm). Plus, the staff are super friendly and the owner is a coolcat. If you haven't tried this place yet, add it to the list. It's a must. Read more

By far the best chinese food I had here in CT. Big shrimps in the noodles is a HUGE plus. Beef lo mein was delicious and not... overly oily and sauced out which is another plus for me. Glad I have a close spot for great quick place to grab take out. Read more
