This restaurant has beautifully presented food with clear, bright flavors. You won?t find lard-heavy refried beans or rice, as... they?ve got flavorful tangy Cuban beans, amazing cilantro lime rice and clearly put time into marination and prep of theirmeats. I?ve had several great meals there, and whether fresh cut pineapple, mind blowing street-corn (that?s a must try item) or deeply smoky and spicy ground beef on a tostada, I?m always impressed by the fresh take on Mexican food. Mix things up andgive this great restaurant a go! Read more

So let me just start off by saying the chick taking my order at the front (because I ordered take out) was stuffing her face... with fries while taking my order! How rude! For what I paid it wasn?t worth it! Should have honestly went to Taco Bell! Thetortillas that came with the kids meal were hard. The meat from the tamales was dry! Won?t be going back. Read more

I?m unsure if they normally don?t heat/cook the corn tortillas or if mine were mistakenly made very poorly, but the tortillas... were uncooked which caused them to completely fall apart to the point where I had to eat the tacos with a fork. This isunacceptable especially when there are so many other amazing Mexican restaurants in the area who make better tasting food intortillas that are properly prepared so that they will stay together. It was a very disappointing experience. Read more

Let me start by saying, one of these stars was for the waitress, she was awesome! It's typically difficult to not please us,... but... We both asked for no onion on our dishes, onions were on our dishes... The burrito was doused with Sriracha(?) and somesort of sour, smokey, Chipotle sauce. I tried to get through it, but failed, it was the worst "burrito" that I've ever had. Mywife picked for a few minutes at her meal and gave up as well, we were really disappointed and still really hungry, but couldn'teat anymore of it. They were kind enough to comp our meal without prompting, even when we offered to pay. We left a good tip forthe waitress, it wasn't her fault. I'm not sure what to call the style of food, but it has nothing to do with Mexican. Read more

First time trying this, and it was excellent. I tried the shrimp and the mushroom tacos and they were both delicious. Also got... the special s'mores chimichanga for dessert - it was plenty for all 3 of us. Read more

Overall, I?m extremely impressed by this new establishment. The store is very clean, the service is always great, and the prices... are reasonable. As others have said, it is not necessarily ?authentic? Mexican food. It?s more Tex-Mex/Cal-Mex (or evensomewhere in between:). Nonetheless, it?s phenomenal. Everything is fresh, flavorful, and vibrant (which are traits that Ipersonally thought the food of the old establishment lacked at times). So while I know many people in the community (myselfincluded) miss the old restaurant, I highly recommend that people at least give this place a try. I have a feeling that if morepeople did, it would soon become a beloved facet of the community just like it?s predecessor. Read more

First time here.. Super impressed! Not your authentic Mexican menu, but has such wonderful flavors that it will leave you you in... awe regardless. My husband and I both had speciality tacos. Perfection in every bite. The owner was the kindest guy that wentabove and beyond with adding a small sample of things we were considering, but didn't order. We can't wait to go back to trymore of the menu! Highly recommend. Read more
