At the cafe the food is only a step above fast food. Very limited menu.. Mostly burgers. Served in baskets with disposable... cutlery. Prices are high which you would expect since it is one of the very few options in the park. My wife was excited to trythe cobbler but terribly disappointed that it arrived more like soup and was bitter. She didn't even eat more than 2 bites.Service and cleanliness is below par. On the positive side we were seated quickly despite arriving at peak time and they haveoutdoor seating. The gift shop is nice and my kids liked that they have huckleberry candy sticks for just 75 cents each. Read more

It's all you have inside the park. I've eaten there 5 years ago and it was better. Service and chef. I think they need better... organization on getting orders correct. I sent back fried eggs and toast when I ordered scrambled and English muffin. I gotsame plate back with a muffin on top. That says it's the chef. There were other issues also. I was polite ate and did not say aword. ..because we were staying at the inn we went there next day. Ordered french toast.. couldn't mess that order up simple. Itwas not the server. He and she seemed new but they did get the order correct......and we tipped, I understand the issues withgood help to hire. Spent 10 days in surrounding area. All good.... Read more

We had couple of lunches and couple of dinners here during our trip. They may be the only place to sit and eat on west side of... the park. They have sit down place for food and ice cream place on the side of the restaurant. There is always a wait if youwant to sit outside and enjoy some beautiful views of lake and mountains. Inside usually doesn?t have any wait time. Food isgreat. Their Thai wrap was the best among various things we tried. Desert has huckleberry cobbler and huckleberry pie which aremust have. I gained about 3-5 pounds even after ton of hiking so I guess I enjoyed the deserts too much. Parking can be toughbut with some patience you will find one. I think they are open late. I remember having a late night dinner which was almost 9pm. Read more

Went for a breakfast here and the food are good. I got the Going to the sun classic breakfast and it hit the spot for a cold... morning day. The Ice cream is also a good choice for a warm afternoon kind of day. I had the huckleberry single scoop on awaffle cone and that cost me $6.10. I like the ice cream so much, so I was a little bummed when I found out that Cascade's (thebrand they sold) huckleberry ice cream are not made with real huckleberry ???? Read more

Another must do if visiting Glacier National Park. It's a great place to come after a hike... especially in late fall as other... places close up. They have salads, sandwiches, rollups, hamburgers and especially some very good desert. May I recommend thewarmed Huckleberry Cobbler with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream... Yummy! Read more

Great little stop. Friendly staff (Danut) delicious food and drinks. We had burgers, kids had huckleberry lemonade which they... loved. Also the huckleberry peach cobbler with vanilla ice cream was delicious. View from the restaurant is beautiful too. Nicelittle break to grab a bite, chat and plan the rest of the afternoon. Highly recommend. Read more

We waited and waited and waited for our food, and the server kept teasing us with, ?it?s almost ready.? We should have left,... because the food was terrible. The Caesar salad with chicken had wilted lettuce, and the chicken was dried up lumps. The burgerswere only modestly better. The only decent part of the meal was the fries. Don?t waste your time at this tourist trap. Read more

We had no wait. Not too busy. Our server was really good. Restaurant was clean. Nice view from the window booths. We ate inside... because of the rain. I had my usual beer at first then Server recommended a great beer option which I liked a lot. Food cameout hot with not too much of a wait. Everyone agreed that we would come here again......The Bathroom was a busy place inside theresturant ..quite a line..so we used the Glacier Park restroom across the street. It was inside a building, Super clean, withmultiple stalls, plenty of sinks and soap. Read more
