Went to taco johns by menards. Has always been one of my favorite take out places. Last few time I went they weren't open,... this I understand as it is hard to find employees. Tonight I went about 7pm, 4 cars in front of me in drive thru(lobby notopen), took a while but got to order, they informed me that they were out of beef , how can a taco place run out of beef? It'staco teusday! I did NOT order! Thought I would be stuck in the drive thru line for all the cars in front of me, nope, not one. They all said $##$$$ it and left. I won't be back for a LONG time. 2022 05-05 Went for 5 softshells for $5.55 and they were the worst tacos I've ever had in my life. They were barely the size of... a spring roll when rolled up. About 1 teaspoon of meat, a sliver of lettuce and the smallest pinch of cheese. I waited at thewindow for 5 minutes as there was a "bag mix up" (all I ordered were 5 softshells, no substitutions yet people's food behind mewas ready 1st!). When I pulled away from the window and ate in the parking lot the tacos were already cold and wet! Absolutegarbage. What an embarrassment. ____________________________________________________Food was on par with other stores but thestaff here seems a little nicer. Salsa bar doesn't seems as well-stocked as others. Went through the drivethrough to wait 20 minutes just for my food to be cold and partially smushed. Ive been there multiple... times, and never got a good experience. Try a different one around town. Read more
Best taco johns ever!! Went to three different locations and this is the only one open! Only two guys working, so busy yet they... were still super nice!! I just wanted a breakfast burrito, and after 20 minutes of driving around I finally got my breakfastburrito!! I don?t know how it taste, if I?m being honest I don?t care at this point. Went through the drive thru tonight. Had to wait while the chicken finished cooking. But was given a completely different order.... So disappointed. They only thing they got correct was our soda order. This was the third time this has happened at thisestablishment. Receiving wrong orders should not be the frequent. Read more
