This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Had issues with the order when I told them the order was wrong after paying.... They gave me a hard time about getting it done correctly. Showed them the receipt and items I didn't order has items on it Ididn't order and told them what the order should be. I'm assuming it was the manager or assistant manager told me they read theorder to me before paying. The order was never read back to me. They finally gave me the correct order. I asked if I was goingto get money back from the items I didn't order and the manager stated he didn't know where the receipt was and then said itblew away. I was shocked by the answer. Needless to say I didn't get any money back even though I was over charged. Then theicing on the cake was the food was bad. The beans were ice cold and the chili in the burritos was not cooked. Will never go backto this Taco Bell and will make sure others know about the service and food quality. Read more
The girls working were very friendly and professional and did a great job taking my 9 person order. The food came out quickly... and tasted great! Photo of my dog Zooey is unrelated, but she is cute enough to make it worth attaching. Read more
Why do they feel the need to take one order at a time? I understand the short staff thing but your just gonna lose business that... way, I work at a fast food place with 6 people in total and I?m one of the six and we continuously take orders and get them outin under 6 minute?s. Keeping one car at a time is gonna lose you a bunch of business especially working in fast food. I won?t beback until they get quicker.!!! Read more
The standard now is to expect to wait forever. Took 50 minutes in the drive thru line. Can?t go inside to pick up my online... order (As of Aug 2022). I have watched several cars leave the line. Simply the worst Taco Bell as far as speed. Time after timeI stop here assuming they will eventually normalize and be ?fast food? again, and time after time I am severely disappointed.This Taco Bell is in a prime location, and loses so much business due to how incredibly slow they are. Went to the 23rd street one and the girl on headset had the best costumer service I?ve had in a drive thru. She deserves a... raise. I was there 8/11/22 at 430. Didn?t catch her name but she deserves much praise. Read more
Passing through West Fargo/Fargo. Wanted something quick. No inside dining. 30 minutes in drive through line. Looks like they... were dealing with only one order at a time. Disappointed but understand the current employee situation. Food was subpar for TB. Read more
Leah is an absolutely wonderful face to see in the drive thru window. Very friendly and smiley! This location is almost always... short staffed, so the wait can be a bit long, but the employees are always friendly and you can tell that they are all doingtheir best. Read more
