My sisters and I have always... been big fans of the movie My Big Fat Greek Wedding and refer to our own family as the Norwegian version. When I found out Fargowas getting a bakery specifically for bundt cakes I had to pay homage to the movie and get a bundt of my own. Their tiered cakesare perfect for a wedding! We got pumpkin (seasonal) and funfetti, both which we'd sampled many times before. The cakes are sodelicious and moist with beautiful drizzled icing. Delicious bundt cakes with cream cheese frosting. I love moist cupcakes with cream cheese frosting, so found almost all of... their offerings worthy of taking home. Their free samples of red velvet with chocolate chips were delicious. We went home withcarrot cake and white chocolate raspberry - and really enjoyed both of them.
