Tried to go through the drive thru for lunch. I sat at the speaker for about 3 minutes, no one said anything, so I drove up to... the window and asked if their speaker wasn't working. She said she didn't hear anything and asked if I wanted to try again. Ipolitely said I've already been sitting at the speaker for a few minutes and asked if I could place an order. She said I wouldhave to drive around and get back in line. There's now three other vehicles in the line and I decided to go elsewhere. What ajoke. They wasted part of my lunch break. Read more

I experienced an adequately prepared entrée along with tasty sides. It was clearly evident with the flavor, taste, and quality... of the meal that plenty of time was placed into the preparation of the chicken. I give it NO STARS! I had to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes for my order and the manager said I can give you a refund or a free... cake...smh....worst manager and working crew I've seen. And I've worked in a lot of fast food places including a chickenrestaurant and have seen a lot of different food places. Never Again! Read more
I went Friday at 830pm and they don't have bucket chicken anymore . What's the point when the stores number one product is ... the chicken. Staff are not prepared when it's Friday people would be eating and they ran out. We are even going on the drivethru. I ask for other KFC location and they even said that even the other one doesn't have any chicken. I was very disappointed and ended up going to Popeyes. Read more

$12 for the thinnest chicken tenders possible? They hand selected out of the bunch and gave me this? Really disappointed. The... tenders were extremely dry. You could squeeze the meat between the fingers and nothing came out. A desert cave is more moistthan these were. I had good and bad past experiences but this takes the cake. Read more
