Terrible service!!! Have waited 30 minutes to be helped at the drive threw, zero cars have went through or been helped and then... was told we have to wait ten more minutes to be helped.. cars have piled up behind us in line and still no service. Then after45 minutes waiting to be helped pull up to the window and they have extremely loud rock music blaring out of the window andsitting on a cell phone and singing while making hand gestures in the air. Very unprofessional. Then had to wait another 20minutes at the window for our food . This is the furthest from a fast food establishment. Also seen 6 employees just standingaround! Then went back in because we didn't get the correct food and was being YELLED at by the worker I was speaking with andshe slapped a couple dollars on the counter giving me a refund for one sandwich .. Never again!!!!!!!! I also took a picture ofher while waiting at the window just sitting on her cell phone if management would like it. Read more
Went through the drive-thru and waited about 5 minutes until they took my order then waited another 5 minutes at the 1st window... to pay. Then when I finally got my food and got home the chicken nuggets tasted like they have been sitting for 30 minutes andfries were gross and burgers were cold. I recommend going somewhere else for food because they clearly don't know what they aredoing! Read more
The young lady was nice and fun! Me and my son got there early sat,this weekend,let's try and work on a cleaning after they... close at night,not good under tables and restrooms for just opening,well let's work on that,thank you all for keeping all of ourfamily favorites alive,thank you all Dave Monticello MN. I grabbed some food for my son. By the time I dropped it off the food was still hot. The only thing was their menu sign was out... of order so I couldn't see the deals or prices otherwise would've been a five. Read more
Waited in the drive through for 7 mins before being greeted. I would have just left as many others did but I ordered on the BK... app and it had already charged my card. Food was not very good either, stale like it had been sitting in the warmer for quitea long time. Read more
Took my Grandson inside to eat at 12:00. The place was empty. It was dirty, condiments were empty . The high chair was so gross... and sticky. Our meal was wrong. This place needs a good cleaning. I wonder if the owner has any idea??? We will never go back!! Read more
They waisted my time when going through the drive-thru. Never took an order or said anything for several minutes. After I said... "thanks for wasting my time" and started to drive away a female voice came over the speaker to say "you're welcome." The rudestservice I've received at a Burger King ever. I would not advise attempting to go to their drive-thru after 10:00 p.m. as youwill find they seem to have so many issues meeting a customer's needs which is sad because in the daytime and morning thatlocation has excellent staff.
