Ordered online and waited until online system said our order would be ready. When going inside to pick up or order there was no... staff to be found. After waiting over 10 minutes we had to track down a bartender to let them know we were there for our food.They informed us it would be out shortly. Then we waited 40 minutes. The hostess continued to let us know only a few moreminutes each time we asked her. From the time we ordered food to finally the time we had it in our car driving home was almost 1hr 40 minutes. Definitely not worth it, a manager didn't even come out to speak with us and the food was cold like it wasprobably sitting there for some time by the time we checked it in the car. Steven was the absolute best to work with!! We wanted pizzas delivered during our wedding reception at The Pines and we were... having such a tough time with locations not wanting to deliver. Steven not only was very quick and responsive, and was able todeliver our pizzas to our venue with no extra cost and made sure we had everything we needed. Couldn't recommend Boston's Pizzaenough! Stopped in on a Friday night at the prime time for being busy. Got a seat right away and ordered apps and drinks and they came... supper fast. Ordered pizza for me and the wife and a pepperoni to go to bring home to the kids. We had the BBQ Hawaiian and itwas very good. Not cheap food that you would go there alot, but it was definitely good. So it was a treat. Would definitely goback again. Had lots more on the menu that looks worth a try another time. Read more

Boston's pizza has a good family atmosphere. We just visited again on 9/4/22 with a table for 7. This was one of our best server... experiences ever! Grace was so good at interacting with all of us, especially the kids. She shared that it had a been a few longdays in a row for her, but she didn't show it. Despite being short staffed, she had a bright personality and gave us all agreat experience. The food was very good too. Read more

Not many customers on a Sunday dinner. Good variety of foods for kids and not bad for adults. Dining area is well maintained,... but the number of wall televisions are a little over the top. I got the steak chopped salad which costs $19 and there was 3 thin strips of steak about 1.5 inches long on it. Like 1 oz of... steak. Service was great and the salad was ok but wow, WAY overpriced.
