Arrived here for lunch today, two people were working. One of them was running the register for the people in front of me, the... other said she'd be with me in a minute. Lady running the register walks away and doesn't show up again. The other one proceedsto start an online order of 5 sandwiches, refuses to even acknowledge me past this point. I sit there for at least 15-20 minutesuntil 3 other people walk in, wasn't worth the effort at this point. I get it, priority in the order they get them, but whenthere's 2 employees on the clock and one of them is making 5 sandwiches at once, with people standing there waiting? Come on. Read more
The lady name Kasey Serve me and she was very courteous kind and respectful I highly recommend this place to others!!
Stood in line for 15 min before bailing, and in that span one (1) person was helped with their two small sandwiches. Felt like... the guy was working so slowly on purpose as to give people no choice but to leave. Miserable Read more
Walked in, employee was making something already going slow as he could go, stood there for a min, no hi, no I'll be with you in... a min, no eye contact nothing. Stood there a little longer and left. Have been there several times, as it's right down thestreet from our house, and it's always the same. Horrible employees, never a smile. Normally love subway and this location is generally fantastic. However I came in this morning (4/30) to get a sandwich and your... worker (no name tag) came in after me apologized as he was taking out the trash and then without changing gloves started makingmy sandwich. I know he's not new because I've seen him a handful of times and everytime he has been slow with a general attitudeof doesn't want to be there and that doesn't bother me but come on CHANGE YOUR GLOVES. The guy here today was working alone and had 6 people in line and 3 people waiting on pick up orders and he was making... sandwiches as fast as he could by himself! He made mine fast and was very nice and polite! He definitely deserves a raise!! Read more
Everything was so good until I took a bite on my buffalo sandwich and it was a hair on it.
Ordered 8.25pm way before closing time on Sunday October 16 2022. Got there around 8.45pm for pickup and the short white woman... with glasses just told me that she cancelled. I didn't get any phone call whatsoever. She was already heading out of the shop atthat time so she just wanted to leave earlier.
