Let me start by saying I have always had amazing experiences at Scooters. I am sad to report that wasn't the case this time. I... ordered through the mobile app, like I usually do. I pulled up to the drive through box, around 7:45PM. I sat there for at leastthree or four minutes and nothing was said. I glanced at the window of the building and the employee didn't even have hisheadset on. He finally saw my car, put his headset on, then said "Thank you for choosing Scooters. Our coffee machines areturned off, but I would be happy to make you a smoothie." I was a little confused as to why their coffee machines would beturned off. I understand wanting to have things done so you can go home as soon as possible, but there was still fifteen minutesuntil they closed. I told the employee that I had ordered a mobile pick up. (A blender) He sighed and said "I guess I'll turnone back on..." His tone of voice was very off-putting and he clearly sounded annoyed that I was there. I pulled around to thewindow and he confirmed what I had ordered. It took longer than usual to receive my order, presumably due to having to boot themachine back up. When he handed my drink to me, he said "Have a nice night," in a very rude tone. I was baffled. Like I said, Iunderstand wanting to go home and it can be frustrating when someone comes in last minute, but you still need to uphold yourprofessionalism and be respectful. I try not to leave bad reviews, but the entire experience was baffling. The only positive wasthat my drink was made correctly. I will likely avoid this Scooters in the future. Read more

I ordered 2 things. I didn't got get what I ordered. The kids size, kids temp was the right size and wrong temp. Thank goodness... I check prior to giving it to my 3 year old. The white rose (a white chocolate mocha with raspberry flavor) was not madecorrectly. Read more

We ordered a coffee. Then store clerk said it would be $6.10 cents. Then we waited for minutes while the three clerks debated... how much change to give us. So my wife said I give you twenty dollars and Ten cents so my change should be 14 Dollars. The wholetime my coffee is getting cold. Then the lady that seemed to be in charge says no your change should be $13.90. So my wife saysno the clerk said it was $6.10 this lady being rude as can be said no I calculated it on my phone. Then the first clerk says noI did tell them $6.10 so they finally give us our money while they continue to debate this after they give us our change. Thenby this time I say can I have my coffee and we drive off to find out they filled my cup half full and it?s cold. So I would notrecommend recommend this shop on 46th and University to anyone. Staff was friendly, and I was excited for the fall flavors. The latte tasted good, but the cup was only 3/4 full. I waited to... drink any until I got to work, and when I popped the lid off I was pretty disappointed. $6.10 for 3/4 of a latte just isn?t goodservice.
