We were very excited to find a Red Robin the area. One of out favorite places to eat in Texas. Not many in Iowa. I would love to... say our visit was top 100%. That is not the case. We arrived, were told it would be about 30 min wait, no issue with that. Therewas 4 families before us, The lobby within mins had approximately 8-9 families waiting for a table. In about 15 mins we werecalled, and while walking to our table, empty tables almost everywhere. You can see pic below, I took once we sat down.Waitress, was very pleasant, made it at least more warming feeling. Need to add that we could distinguish who was a waiter, allin casual clothes, shirts, looked like visitors and not employees , but maybe thats a norm who knows. After we ordered. Our waitfor food was passed 25 mins long. We were able to see thru kitchen, cooks and kitchen employees were standing around what lookedlike a calendar or schedule instead of preparing the food orders. Thats alright maybe they were all on break who knows. Ourorders were totally wrong. Mistakes happen, but how that many?! When u have the time to make people wait in lobby . Empty tablesand still check on calendar or schedule, then u should also take the time to get the order cooked correctly. Such a shame for awell known place to have this kind of service. It wasn't a great night at Red Robin. We got there and we were told it would be a 30 minute wait. No problem. After almost an... hour had passed, the lobby was getting more and more packed and others waiting were leaving, we asked how much longer the waitwould be. The manager overheard and took us to a table. Imagine my surprise as we walked by empty table after empty table...picture attached. A packed lobby of waiting people and all but 3 tables in our area were EMPTY. I asked the waiter if therewas a staffing issue, and he said "I have no idea what's going on up there." Nor do we, buddy. Recently went there for dinner been there many times. Was there early was not busy. Service was slow. No available silverware to... start dinner had to wait and ask for it multiple times. My drink was 98% ice and 1% Soda Food was great when served andplentiful. At the end of my meal was not offered my check had to use the kiosk on the table, maybe that's the new standard. Hadto get my own to go boxes for my food to bring home. I hope service improves I do enjoy eating here but it'll be a long timebefore I come back!!!! Read more

Phenomenal burgers and fries. So good, I ordered a second one. Christine was the only server when we arrived and she was... tending to multiple tables. She was still extremely attentive and efficient. The service industry is going through extremelydifficult times right now. It wasn?t a shock that they were short staffed, but it was awesome to see that she was stillprofessional, relaxed and efficient despite the unfortunate circumstances on a Saturday evening. I absolutely love this place. Delicious food with excellent customer service. We were in this last Wednesday around 3 or 3:30,... our server was absolutely wonderful. Since you didn?t have the ingredients for my favorite dipping sauce, she brought me out twothat she thought would be similar, it was absolutely perfect. She was the only server/host working and she (wish I knew hername to give her the correct as she deserves recognition) she covered all of the tables and checked on everyone often. I got the Tavern Burger for lunch and it was pretty good. The burger had some taste similarities to a Big Mac, which was a nice... surprise. I haven't eaten here very often at all but I might have to add them to my regular lunch rotation based on a decentprice and location. My only complaint is one of their schticks is the bottomless fries when dining in, but my to-go order had asomewhat minimal amount of fries. I feel like they should maybe overload the fries (a la Five Guys) for the takeout orders. Read more

Very great food and service! Once we arrived there, Trey immediately seated us. Laney was the waitress. She got us our... drinks and took our order in a very short time. The food was marvelous! Extra kudos to Laney for getting us everything weneeded with a smile. The courtesy and professionalism on display at this location was second to none. Trey even cooked myfood! Better job cooking the burger than I could ever do! We will definitely be back at this location due to the performanceof both of these individuals at this location. What made this really surprising is they both did all of this being shortstaffed at this location (sign pointing this out once entering restaurant). Horrible customer service, they will make you feel bad even when they are in the wrong. Curbside is a joke. 15min after waiting... still nobody, went inside and got nothing but attitude and the order was completely wrong. I would reccomend anywhere else for aburger if you want it to come the way you specify. Ordered this with no tomato and it was supposed to be the 6oz patty, not thisslider type patty. Read more
