They really need to be more organized. I love going when you get a bogo on the subs. But it's the worst time to go because they... don't do online orders in order. I ordered just a shake this time and it was to be ready at 12:15p. You walk in and even thoughthere is a sign to pick up, that's where people check out for instore orders. There would be 10 people just standing awkwardlyaround this area waiting to be acknowledged. By 12:40p someone acknowledges you and finally gets your food. Why tell peopletheir food will be ready at 12:15p when in reality its almost 30 mins past the timw. More staff is needed on bogo deals. And abetter system. Read more

Pretty decent food. But I spent $10 just to still be hungry afterwards.

I had higher expectations for sure. Ordered the pair to got half of an Italian sandwich made sure to order it with mayo and... Italian dressing and it was still the driest over toasted sandwich ever. The bread was thin and crumbling everywhere. The bakedpotato soup was that of out of a can or cafeteria, flavorless and thick. Oreo shake was okay not worth $5 though. Overall verydisappointed. Love the sandwiches and the staff here. But do NOT order in the app and pick up in the drive-thru! The last three times I did... that, I arrived right at the time my order was supposed to be ready and ended up waiting at least 10 minutes behind a single carthat was already at the window.
