Came upon this store after dark in September. The parking lot was surprisingly darkly lit & not obvious from the street,... possibly unsafe if only for seeing where you are walking -- which concerns me. I think it also makes outside seating uselesswhich at this time of year might be moot due to upkeep & falling leaves. On the positive, the store was beautifully lit fromwithin.. simply glowing & likewise bright with positive activities. There were friends visiting in seats & groups of men havingmeetings, a few solos on laptops. Great to see! They send out delivery drivers automatically instead of manually and keep is waiting 20 plus minutes for orders. Whoever is the... manager needs to take their tablet off of auto and manually send us when it's actually ready, you are wasting our time and ourtime is money. Read more
This location never has their curbside turned on, and often marks order ready and waiting when they?re still in the kitchen. The... employees are lovely, but a 30 minute lunch does not leave a ton of time to wait around on something that?s marked as beingready on the pickup shelf. I don't know if it's just this Panera, but the cold brew tastes like day old drip coffee. I've had it a couple times to be sure,... but it always tastes like burnt drip coffee which is not so good. On a brighter note, the Chipotle Chicken wrap with avocado wasgood! Would recommend that over the 'cold brew'. Read more
This location really needs to do some quality control. My sandwich had only a tiny piece of chicken that covered less than 25% ... of the bread. One tiny squirt of bbq sauce, no frizzled onions. This isn't the first time a sandwich I've ordered has been likethis. Very disappointed. Read more
I asked for a whole chicken Cesar salad which costs with tax around $10? this is how much they put in there. The container was... half full.. I expected more lettuce than this. People are friendly but the wait for food or service is horrendous. Just never worth it. Recently I ordered a bagel and marked... the allergy section for a sesame allergy. The bagel came out with? wait for it?. A sesame seed on the bottom of it. Soapparently they do not take allergy protocols very seriously or even at all ??????? Read more
