This McDonalds had the cinnamon rolls and they were very good. We were happy after our visit.
The young people at the counter were nice, but the large tall male manager is a real rude person. Shoves the order at you and... just glares at you. His attitude reminded me of why I am so glad I don't have to put up with people like him anymore. Read more
I ordered lunch for my children and ask for extra ketchup everytime. I drive up in pay at the first window and get to the... second window to get the food and there is never any ketchup packets. So I asked for ketchup packets and the lady gives me 2with an eye to might i add. I said come on you are going to have to give me more than that so then she proceeded to rudely handme two more and shut the window. I am not sure what the deal is with ketchup and McDonald's but they don't want to give themto you. I guess we will stick to Chick-fil-A where the employees actually care. Apparently calling in doesn't work, online surveys don't work, going back to the restaurant doesn't work, and most of these... employees don't work. 1.) We have had numerous wrong/incomplete orders at this location. I'm sure someone here can figure outhow to count. 2.) Poor quality food (cold food, rock hard fries) 3.) Zero guest engagement from management and employees (theonly quality guy is the gentleman in the drive-thru who cracks jokes while you have to wait for everyone else to figure itout). I watched at least 3 people who were waiting for service at this location just walk out. A kiosk does nothing to moveorders through faster. This location can't even put vocal orders together and consumers are expected to use a kiosk?! One staris too gracious of a rating. Avoid this location at all costs. The Taco Bell on 22nd would be a better alternative and there'sless of a chance they screw up your order. Read more
