The morning staff here is unbelievably awesome! I?ve never made it a priority to stop at a particular gas station?until now!
7265 Vista Dr, West Des Moines, IA 50266. Employee name ANDREW who works night shift he is threatening the customers and saying... that he is the owner. He works by himself so he think he can do whatever he wants. I show him threatening a old guy in aparking lot who was just waiting in his car for someone and than I went in to buy some food and beer and he overcharged me andwhen I asked for refund, he says he can't do anything and we go in a argument and he tell me get out of my store. His tone andhimself was very aggressive, I got scared and left and didn't even get my overcharged refund. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE AT NIGHTBY YOURSELF. He even has some biker friends who joins him. I give kum and go, business of $15 every single day that makes$5400 a year and he is asking me not to come back here or he would trash me, just because I argued for my overcharged refund.come on, not a good business mind employee. I'm asian and I know how to run a business and how to treat customers but this guy, seems like he has just hedge. His age and his behavior done not match. Something is wrong with him. Is there a policy that employees can?t be on their phone during work hours? Or at least while they?re on the floor with... customers? I keep running into workers who are on their phones while working, not giving me much attention. I walked up to thecashier and she took a few seconds to acknowledge me and ring me up. I was about to use the self-check out (should have justdone that), but she eventually rung me up. Not once did she look at me. Continued to play on her phone while I finished checkingout. Said ?have a good day? STILL without looking at me. She was too busy playing and laughing at her phone. Note to everyone:just use self checkout out if you can. Don't usually leave reviews, especially on gas station food but their new menu is actually really good. I ordered the new pulled... pork Caribbean bowl and it was amazing! Kudos to the new menu, light and summer ready! Read more
Need a better selection of sandwiches and wraps, Buffalo shouldn?t be the only one.
My card was declined when I was trying to purchase breakfast for myself, called my bank and it was taking forever and the woman... working bought my breakfast for me, I don't know if it was purchased by the store or by herself but it was extremely nice ofher! Awesome service! Read more
