I expected nothing less from the reviews I saw online. I spent the weekend there with my friend and her boyfriend. The... atmosphere was absolutely incredible. The staff was totally amazing! The most down to earth, fun, easy to connect with staffI've ever had the pleasure of meeting anywhere! From the waitresses and waiters, to the bar staff on any given weekend night,they were all incredible and so much fun. I didn't order too much food that weekend, but the food I did ordered was seriouslyamazing. The regulars couldn't recommend enough dishes any night I was there. They were soo enthusiastic about the food thatthey even shared bites of their food with me before I ordered! Which speaks volumes about how well a place is loved by itsregulars. I honestly cannot recommend this place enough. If you get a chance to go in there, even if your local, I highlyrecommend you do so. Read more

Oh my Good Lord in heaven!!! What an exceptional place! This meal ranks in my top 5 ever, which is saying a lot! We went to the... Clive location which is located inside a hotel. The ambiance immediately made this place special. Dark, cozy, warm with jazzmusic setting the stage. The menu is one page, which means they're not all over the place. Focus on a couple things you doreally well and just do that! Perfect! I had the filet trio and it was magical! Horseradish, parmesan and gorganzola encrustedwith a side of garlic mashed. Stopped by early with no reservation, they were very accommodating. The scallops were good, the balsamic cabbage they were... plated on was very good. The lobster pasta had a very nice broth, and big chunks of lobster. The steak was good, great service.Good portions. Kinda pricey but you know that going in. Worst experience. Went there for my daughter and son-in-laws wedding rehearsal dinner. Had approx 25 people and reservations.... There were small children in attendance. At the time of the reservation placement, my daughter was told there would be a $1,200minimum. We had one waiter. He didnt stop back very frequently to check on drinks. So a few of us went to the bar to get themourselves. But they would not add that amount to our minimum amount required for our bill. We had to pay separately at the bar.Our food was good, but took almost 3 hours to get. 3 hours is a long time for hungry children to wait!! My daughter andson-in-law checked on the status of our food, multiple times and was told that 3 hours was the norm for a party that size. Hadthey kindly mentioned that at the time of the reservation, we'd have gone elsewhere. There were no apologies from anyone theyspoke with on the status of our order. Our order ended up falling just short of the minimum, which our drinks at the bar wouldhave easily made up for. But they happily tacked on the extra and the tip, for a $1600+ ticket. It was not only difficult towait that long to eat and keep the hungry children happy, but was treated rudely besides, like we were asking too much to getour food. It was an embarrassment, to have our guests and their hungry kids waiting nearly 3 hours for their food. The food wasgood, but the experience and the service was no where near, worth the price. We had an early start to our day the next morning(wedding day), with 6:30 dinner reservations and not getting done eating until so late. First and last experience with Johnny'ssteakhouse! Read more

First time visit for a Saturday 1pm lunch found the place quiet with great service and excellent food. Many lunch entrees from... $14 to $22 and included fries or salad. Fresh bread, oil, and parmesan cheese brought to the table with drinks was nice aswell. Read more

Went on a Monday night with reservations, wasn't too busy. Loved this location compared to the other Johnny's around the city.... Always love looking at the pictures and art they have on the walls to fit the theme. Atmosphere was good for a date night withslightly dark lighting. Food was also very good. Our waitress did an amazing job handling us that evening. We started off withThe Little Italy Combination, recommended the half serving for only two people. It was delicious and good choice if you want avariety appetizer. For our main meals we had the Char-broiled Ribeye with Lobster Mac and Cheese, which I thought tastedflavorful, cooked to my liking. Then also the Classic Spaghetti Marinara, which I was told was pretty good. Then for desserthad the Tiramisu, which is becoming one of my favorite desserts. Very delicious. Read more
