Delivery for two sandwiches and one drink was 30 minutes late! Delivery driver is was very disorganized and she didn?t seem to... to know who?s order was who?s. She gave us the wrong drink and I had to explain to her that DC stands for diet coke and CCstands for cherry coke. Read more

Went to the store @ 520 and the store was closed. Employees inside but no sign stating they were closed. Hours were till 6... pm. Lost a large order tonight. Had lots of people at my house watching football. Your loss. Not that you will care. Thiswas the Valley West Mall Location. Read more

Absolutely disgusting. Sandwich had yellow lettuce, practically no sauce or flavor and the bread was stale. Avoid this place... like the plague. Read more

Not very nice staff. Asked for the music to be lowered because it has hard rock and not even 2 minutes later the music was... turned on again. Very rude. Food was very scimpy, too. Read more

Just hit 2 hours of waiting. People in my office won't order from this location anymore because of how long the delivery takes.... Subs so slow you'll freak. Fun update, ordered again 4/11 and we are currently at an hour and a half........still waiting Read more

Worst location ever. Every time I order from this location takes over an hour to get my food and something is always missing... don?t wast your time calling the store either basically told by staff not his problem because he made the sandwich freak fast?Freaking joke! Read more

Probably the slowest Jimmy John's experience I've had. It looked like they were making lunches for some party at the time. The... person making the sandwiches was OK, but the lethargic guy rolling and marking the sandwiches had zero sense of urgency. I wasthe middle of about 5 customers and it took 12 minutes (which isn't bad in the grand scheme of things, but come on....) for themto get our sandwiches. There were 5-6 employees working, but they all seemed to forget their "freaky fast" mantra. Read more
