Ordered delivery at 5:35pm. 6:16pm it's on the way. 6:46pm delivered. Stapled to the bag is our receipt. In the bag is our chips... and pickle, someone else's receipt and someone else's sandwich. Called the store right away. Dude doesn't know what to do andasks what I want. I ask for my sandwhiches. They say they'll remake and send out. 7:30pm no food. Call the store. He has no ideawhere the driver is but claims they have our order. Cool, I can't wait another 10mins as I have other places to be. Absolutelyinsane! Read more

Staff was very friendly and freaky fast. They delivered an amazing sandwich and went above and beyond to ensure I had the best... customer service. Brendan was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave great suggestions. Would highly recommend and I will100% be back again! Read more

We order from this location quite a bit. The last handful of times we?ve ordered we?ve had terrible experiences. Delivery times... are always a bit lengthy and things are forgotten almost every time. This last time they had forgotten chips and we called andthey said they would have some sent out right away with a complimentary cookie. After about an hour i call without everreceiving them and just asked to be refunded for the chips as my husband i had already ate. My husbands sandwich was drenchedwith oil which made the bread too soggy to eat. We will not be ordering for a while. Read more

This location went above and beyond for me. I stopped on my way home from work. There was a sign that they were closing earlier... on the drive through due to staff shortages. I pulled up to the drive through right at or very close to the time they advertisedthat they were closing. The guy came up on the speaker and I explained that I just saw there sign and would go somewhere else(knowing my wife would be disappointed because she was very pregnant around then time and was craving Jimmy John?s, I did nottell the staff this and understood their situation). The gentleman on the speak said it was fine and just to order and theywould take care of me. He was super polite and didn?t make me feel like I was inconveniencing them at all. I really appreciatedthis and so did my wife. This location stepped up in a big way without even knowing. So thank you to the staff at this locationyou represented the chain well along with this location, we will for sure be going back! Read more

Two and a half hours... That's how long it took to recieve our delivery order. The gentleman on the phone was kind and explained... huge volume at the time. Suggestion, don't accept delivery orders if it's going to take more than an hour. Unacceptable. Read more

Takes forever for delivery....i get it they have one driver. However last time we ordered I accidently forgot to leave a tip... online ( we order from this location alot...this is the first time i forgot). Sorry I had 2 sick kids and haven't slept in 3days. The driver calls me multiple times apparently to ask if I want to leave a tip....I dont answer because I am tending to ascreaming toddler. Apparently this upset him enough to smash the two cookies completely which were for my kids. Almosthilarious because its so inappropriate. Seriously I never leave reviews but this is completely unacceptable. Read more
