We ordered 3 cement mixers off the website to be picked up at 7pm tonight! We notified them we had arrived at the restaurant... parking lot. We sat in our vehicle for almost 30 minutes before we had to go into the restaurant to inquire about our order! Noone had a clue where our order was. We showed them our receipt on our phone and after several minutes of looking for our orderthey noticed our cement mixers were sitting on the counter. The ice cream was melted so we had to ask for 3 new cement mixers. Once remade they were the wrong flavors. No apologies, nothing! Not sure we will be getting Culver?s ice cream from this oneagain! I love culver's but not as much as I used to. Did you switch frozen food supplier? The fries are not meeting your usual high... quality. They are smaller and greasy. The service is not as good as it used to be. The custard is almost always over churned atthis location. Please check out the management at this location. I love this restaurant but I have other options. Read more

Kind weird rolling up an hour before close on a weeknight, none of the exterior lights were on, including the drive thru menu.... My vanilla malt was just a vanilla shake, and the cheese curds were super salty. Read more

Over the last five years of living in the west Des Moines area, this Culvers is my go to, food is always good, custard always... cold and yummy, root beer is amazing, cheese curds are wonderful. As someone who grew up in the Twin Cities, it's nice to have arestaurant from home down here that makes the food perfectly. Read more

This place can't even get 2 scoops of custard together. I have never seen such a cluster and a half in my lifetime. Even in TX... you have better trained staff, and better operations. I will never patronize a Culvers here again. Just a joke. The manager, has zero organizations skills, and was not doing anything while the rest to the staff were at least trying to get orders in andget orders out for waiting customers. Im giving them zero for service and for delivery, which I ended up leaving after almost a.20 minute wait for ice cream. I think a manager change here would make a big difference. Read more

I use the drive through mote often than the dine in tables. Lately it's been a 50-50 chance they will get my order right and to... me in the first attempt. Even in low volume times I have the same experience. Read more

The best tasting burger I have had in a very long time! Even over some of the high end restaurants! PLEASE consider delivery in... the very near future or put a store closer to the fairgrounds! Read more

I admittedly went to the resteoom when i first got here. The floor was sticky, whatever it was was it stuck to my shoes until I... washed them off at my car. Neither toilet was flushed and the faucet was not connected to the sink top as it moved more than aninch when I physically interacted with it when the motion sensor didnt react. It took me 10 minute to get service. 12 workers, several presumably just waiting to take orders to waiting cars, and "only 2 could take orders". After 3 minutes I started to putin a mobile order and was at the payment stage before someone came to take my order. I ordered fewer things in person than I hadput on my mobile order. The food smells great and tastes good, but the interior service left quite a bit to be desired. Read more
