You would probably be better off going to a sit down restaurant at these prices. My boyfriend and I went the other day and got... two burrito bowls with queso and some chips. The price was almost $35 and the food was just okay. The rice tasted very off fromits normal flavor and it was not really enjoyable. I could have had a bigger and tastier meal at a sit down restaurant for thatprice. Think we will just start making burrito bowls from home if we are craving chipotle in the future. This review is not on the quality of the food as it is consistently great!!! The reason for 2 stars is the consistent filth of... the dining area. I set there last night at the one clean table for 2 and the entire time not one table was wiped, soda areadirty and floor indescribable. This is not the first time seeing this but it will be the last as I wont eat there again andlive to far away to do carryout. This makes one wonder how well cleaned behind the counter/kitchen ares is. Placed an order online for takeout, because I was in a hurry. Stupid me for not checking my food, due to being in a hurry.... Ordered a burrito for my daughter, and tacos for myself. My daughter ate while we drove to her doctor appt across town, whichwhen we got here, is when I realized they gave us two burritos and no tacos. Probably wouldn't be a big deal, except for thefact that A. I'm allergic to ingredients on the burrito so I can't eat it and B. No time to go back to allow them to fix theirmistake, because my daughter is currently living in a treatment facility and has to be back by a certain time, and it takes twohours to get there. So A. Don't order delivery here every time they shrink the portions, I order double everything and what they deliver is the same size... bowl. This time I'm writing a review because they literally put no rice in my meal. Rice is literally so cheap, why would theyskimp me on rice as well as my double meat orders. Tasty food and the amazing military discount keeps us coming back as return customers! However, I want to understand why online... orders take priority over 5 customers standing in the lobby waiting to order their food. There were at least 4 young employeesin the kitchen and none displayed urgency to serve dining in customers. Read more

There at 9:25 (closes at 10) and the employees seemed bothered there were even customers. More than half the ingredients were... pulled from the serving area and one worker had to check temperature of meat to make sure it was even edible. I can understandif we were coming in 5-10 minutes until close but the rudeness and lack of quality or options for the expensive price point wasterrible. Read more

This was our second time at Chipotle. Our first time was great and we were very excited to come back. Our second order has been... a disaster. As you can see they did not close a salsa lid so it leaked all over my car and myself. My daughter just wanted rice,steak and cheese and barely got any in her bowl. Please tell me how that is $8 worth of food? Apparently if you do not ordermore than 3 items you just get a mostly empty bowl. I waited an extra 15 minutes past our pick up time and saw them make ourfood so I assumed it would be hot and fresh. That could not be farther from the truth. I literally had to heat all our food upon the stove it was so cold. The rice was hard and not at all like our first trip. My wife called and spoke with the managerCatherine who wanted to argue instead of offering an apology. She claimed our food couldn't have been cold since it had been outless than an hour. I am also confused how you can be busy and still have cold food out (rice was nice and crunchy). We wereoffered some free sodas or chips and guacamole for our $30 order.
