*Disclaimer* 1 STAR Rating due to poor service/experience, not the food: Where to start? I excitedly stopped here with friends... (out of the way) and was promptly met with a warning that I was not allowed to bring outside drinks ? including water ? which Iwas holding, and that I had to buy everything there. Ok. When I walked to the register to order, I was hoping forrecommendations as it was my first time, but the same man (presumably the owner), firmly stated that ?people know what they wantto order once they get to the register.? While I hoped for a dish with avocado, I saw friends had ordered a bowl, so went with abowl instead. Note: I was met with annoyance when asking to add avocado to other dishes. Ok. No additions. I received my dishand it was not the chicken bowl I had ordered. In fact, the man insisted I ordered something he recommended, which I hadn?t, andasked if I wanted to buy the bowl in addition. Ok. Clearly there is something off here. And by that point, I just wanted toleave. Unfortunately for this restaurant, the owner seemingly has the worst bedside manner, and will likely be its demise. 1Star since the food was sadly the most noteworthy part but the overall experience was so disheartening ? if you?re okay beingtreated like a child, or subhuman, enjoy! Very tasty. Awkward setup, but it's worth it. Oh yeah, almost forgot... its pricey. Be aware. We spent $62.00+Tip(2 tips... actually. 1 for the counter & another for the food runner) for; 2 (adult sized) tacos, 1 kids cheese quesidilla, 1 order offries with shredded cabbage&cheese, and 2 canned sodas. ...in a parking lot, ...at a food truck. It took a while before my schedule allowed me to catch La Tacodilla during open hours (when it hadn't sold out early). So... delicious and may have made birria tacos my favorite! I've been back a couple of times and every option I've tried has beenamazing. While I wish it was a little closer to me, it's probably a good thing it's not! I know the wait can seem a little longon busy days, but it's so worth it. I'm already looking forward to my next visit. Read more

May 1,2021.Currently take out only. I hope this hidden gem comes back. 2019: Hidden in a tiny shack in the middle of a parking... lot is a true foodie gem of the Cape Cod. The nine course dinner was fabulous! The moans of the sixteen diners could be heardthrough the dinner " oooh this is so good". The sixteen diners sit around the table where chef Jason with the help of twohelpers put the creative dishes together. The menu changes every month. Our dinner started with the local oyster with lemonsorbet and horshredish served on a rock covered with seaweed. A treat for the eye and the pallet. Some of the other offeringsincluded a scallops and pork, chuck flap (pot roast) in a miso soup, sword fish. There was an optional course: fois gras toshare. The meal ended with a cheese course and a desert. The bill for two people $243 including adminstrative fee whichallows the tip to be shared by the entire kitchen staff and servers. This price includes the extra course but no winepairing. This is a true hidden gem, I am so glad we found it. Read more
Where have you been all my life? Crispy, cheesy, succulent beef in a flavor bomb that just blasts through any preconceived... notions of what a taco or grilled cheese should be. A must try when you're in or passing through Dennis. Even if you're on theother side of the galaxy, you should factor in a detour to try La Tacodilla lest you have regrets in the event of your passingfrom this life to the next. ???? ???????? ¡Finger lickin? bueno! Delicious grilled tacos and Mexican grilled cheese sandwiches (frankly, they were quite... similar). We tried the braised beef, chicken, and the Brussels sprouts and all were equally delicious. The come with dippingsauces, a thin beef stock for the beef, a delectable, mild-medium spiced chile sauce for chicken, and a spiced, sweet potatopurée for the Brussels. FYI the Mexican grilled cheese/sandwich order is a massive amount of food. Check it out! NOTE: Ifyou order in advance at (busy!) lunch, be sure to ask them to cook right away and clearly check-in when you get there. We weretold on the phone that it would be ready in 15-20 minutes and upon arrival, I went up and was told they would call my name butthen 10 min. later, I heard them say ?tell me when Josh is here? as for some weird reason, they didn?t cook in line with when weordered. They were insanely busy so just all miscommunication and they were nice about it. They may want to ask phone orders tocheck-in, if that?s how they want to do it. Read more
