I just tried their food for the first time yesterday and it was good. Definitely will be a regular customer now.
First off, they never answer the phone to place orders, and when they do, they hang up pretending they can?t hear. Damaris is... very rude! She gets frustrated because her English is very limited . I asked for extra rice on all of our bowls and she blew meoff. The customer next to me asked about the charge for extra veggies and blew him off saying ?is that it??. This is the 2nd time in a row that this place has failed to give us our drinks which come with the $19.99 family meal we always... order. Today was another one of those times and of course I am already almost home when I realized it. I didn?t want to go backso I just let it slide, however when I got home my husband asked me for the dumplings which are also included in the meal. Iwas so upset!!! .....my order was incomplete, I felt cheated! I decided to call them to let them know what had happened. Ayoung lady answers the phone and immediately tells me to hold. She did not put me on hold, I was able to hear all thebackground noise. I was left waiting for someone to pick up the phone again to help me, I had waited for about 15 minutes andnothing!
