I won't eat at taco bell anymore. I ordered a black bean crunchwrap supreme a few months ago, and after eating half of it I... realized they gave me the wrong item with meat in it. I'm a vegan so this is a huge problem. I ordered it again yesterday hopingit would be an accurate order and again after taking a few bites, it also has meat in it. The black bean crunchwrap supremedoesn't come with any meat so this is a huge disappointment and I will no longer be supporting taco bell by eating there. Read more

I always have Taco Bell when I was in the east coast. The burrito and tacos are done right, and I never had any issues. However,... this is my first time going to a Taco Bell here in the west coast and I am disappointed! I ordered a Steak burrito and it doesnot even taste like a steak burrito but beans and cheese, and it was cold. I expect more from this place. What a waste of $9. Icould have gone to a neighborhood Burrito place and got a better Burrito than this. Don?t mess up your reputation. Do a betterjob at least. Read more
