Service is average nothing outstanding. Very frustrating with their rewards program. Every time we go to use a discount or a... free reward, there are always problems. Management is horrible. They never offer an apology or even talk to us. It's alwaysthe servers or hostess. Someone needs to fix this. It feels like they don't want you to use for discounts. Then why have aloyalty program? I?ve been to this location many times and have always had good experience, but today I just had to leave a review. Lisa Rene was... my server and she was amazing- very attentive to not only my table, but all her other tables as well. She made sure that ourfood tasted good and came out how we wanted. She also made sure we received our refills on drinks and fries in a timely manner.Can?t forget to about the cooks- they did great as our food was the perfect temperature and tasted fresh. Read more

Poor quality on the food. We received our pizza cold and our burger/fries under temperature. Spoke to the manager and she did... nothing but apologize. Was not sincere at all. Will not be returning to this location. Jalapeño coins felt like rocks. Almostbroke a tooth biting into one. Read more

I personally love Red Robin, especially this one becuase it has good servicing and many amazing employees. I went here with two... other people and the wait was an hour long which was not that bad. My waitress was extremely nice and was quick and easy withher job here. I would extremely recommend to eat here with your family and/or friends. Read more

Drinks are good and great price here. Watched the dodgers game live on TV before our movie date. Appetizers could be of better... selection/variety. They main offerings you'll notice across the menu is burgers and fries of a few different kinds. So don'tcome here looking for tacos or anything else. I thought for the premium burger price, that patty would be to edges of bun or abit beyond, but it was actually smaller/shorter than the bun. A bit disappointed there. Price was decent for everything weconsumed plus the atmosphere. Recommend their chicken breast plate which was very flavorful.
