Portions are very skimpy and doesn't look like the advertised portions,
Price is reasonable, considering the portion size.
Charge $.99 for a cup to get tap water! The manager, Asian guy, will check for $100 bills with the same gloves he?s touching the... utensils for the food. The manager literally gives only one napkin and if you want more he?ll ask how many, same with thecondiments, only one if you ask for it. Read more

I came to the West Covina mall Panda Express with my daughter last Saturday night to get take out food for my family. They were... out of cup holders, so I had to carry everything to the other side of the mall where I was parked. The woman working behind thecounter was cold and emotionless and didn?t seem to care that we had our hands completely full. The food was ok, consistent withother Panda Express restaurants. I probably won?t be going back to this particular Panda Express in the West Covina mall anytime soon. Read more

I've been here before and for some reason the taste of the food was not pleasant, there was an odd taste to the orange chicken,... the black pepper chicken looked burnt! Was not satisfied. Couldn't eat the food.... What a waste of money! And i had orderedshrimp but when they gave it to me, they forgot to give me the remainder of my order. Never again at this location!!! Read more
