Rice is hard and the service today is not so great.
Horrible customer service did not get order right I ask for 2 brc burritos no rice extra beans. They repeated the order... perfectly bean n cheese burrito great I get home there were about 3 whole beans all rice no cheese in either one of the burritosand when I said thank you got the order I got a dirty look I will never go there anymore they should get a whole new staffreally bad service it totally sucked not worth a penny or my time.. This is one of the worst El Pollo Locos in the area. I went here last night and all they had was chicken. You couldn't order... anything else. I came for lunch today and people had been waiting 15 minutes for pick up orders. On multiple occasions, I didnot receive utensils in the drive thru, or told that they have ran out of almost everything you can imagine (i.e.- chips, salsa,chicken, Large cups etc, etc.). Read more
First el pollo loco that I have issues with. They took 5 mins to take my order. They had enough staff just were busy doing other... things. Their tv screens were out of order so you couldn?t even see their menu. And then to make it worse they give you smallportions and water down the salsa. Read more
They got one star for false advertising. Came here around 9:30 2/20/22 to my surprise they were close at 9pm. They need to... update website, Google search, and stickers labels around restaurant about time change from 10pm to 9pm. Read more
The service was awful when I went thru the drive thru, not only was the person rude, she dropped my card in the drive thru and... didn?t even apologize. Then my bag of food had no napkins and my chips were all broken crumbs. And my chicken burrito had smalltiny bones that I had to remove from my mouth!! I call the restaurant to complain and It goes straight to voicemail. Read more
This place sucks big time, bought spicy chipotle chicken avocado burrito and there was no meat or avocado muchless it being... spicy. I took it back and all I got is a very very tiny piece of avocado, barely any chiken and yet again it was not spicy. Iwill not buy nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone Read more
Employees on their phones? Some of the employees will ignore you rather than taking your order... I don't think that in a fast... food place you have to wait 10 minutes to place your order. I think there's something wrong with this place's managementbecause no one seems like they want to be working here. Read more
