Whoever that old lady working here at 11 was horrible. Knocked over the bag, grabbed the 3 things that fell out off the table... and threw it away. I ordered off of Doordash. The food was good but I really REALLY wanted the hotdog stuff and they didn't have any today and that... was the whole point that I wanted to order and I'm sad ???? I BET THE HOTDOG STUFF TASTES GOOD, TOO... I bet it does ... buttoday, I won't know... The cheese and hot salsa cheese sauce tastes yummy, too... This location didn't honor the T-Mobile Tuesday deal. Their excuse was that they were out of regular pretzels but I had seen... them making the specialty ones, which use the regular ones and put toppings on them. Read more
I'm visiting LA for the week and while at the mall I was craving a pretzel and decided to stop at Auntie Anne's for one. The... casher was slow with my order. He took 5 minutes to take my order since he kept messing it up. He also struggled taking my card,he had to have someone help him with it. In the end I decided to pay with cash since he was so slow. On top of that I had towait 15 minutes to get my order taken because the line was long. When I finally got my order I looked and saw that Jie was theone to take my order. Stay away from this location and go to Wetzel Pretzel instead. Read more
