Whoever that old lady working here at 11 was horrible. Knocked over the bag, grabbed the 3 things that fell out off the table... and threw it away. I'm visiting LA for the week and while at the mall I was craving a pretzel and decided to stop at Auntie Anne's for one. The... casher was slow with my order. He took 5 minutes to take my order since he kept messing it up. He also struggled taking my card,he had to have someone help him with it. In the end I decided to pay with cash since he was so slow. On top of that I had towait 15 minutes to get my order taken because the line was long. When I finally got my order I looked and saw that Jie was theone to take my order.
