I am league bowler here . Ever week I buy food and the one week my family doesn't want to eat this nasty food anymore we try to... bring in something different . They tell us no. I spend 150 a week her for my kids to play well we bowl. Management need to getclue but we can do a pot luck with no problem. I don't not recommend anyone to come here. Tell me something . Read more
The service was great. The bartender was friendly, and the food was good. Here's the problem I have. Look at the pictures... included in the review. They are charging a service charge.... When I received my receipt, there was no breakdown of mycharges. I ordered a cheeseburger ($13.50), one well drink ($5.50), and one beer ($4.00) all happy hour specials. Tax in WestCovina is $ 9.5 % ($2.19). So the total should've been around $25.19. I received a bill for $29.44. Now, I'm not mad at thebartender, and the food was okay. But if you're a little sloppy after a drink, and you don't pay attention to your bill. Youwill be paying not only the service charge, but you will be adding and including that service charge to your total tip...... That means instead of a customary 18-20% tip, you may be leaving a 30% tip..... I appreciate the service, and it is hard workto be in the food and drink business as a worker, but I believe most people would like to receive their true bill costs and tipfrom there true costs. I would rather Bowlero just raise the price on the drinks so I can see them and you can pay your workersbetter. It's my prerogative, not yours, on the tips which everyone generally as 18-20% for great service or 10-15% for badservice. I could've easily paid more for my well and tap drinks and tipped accordingly, but that didn't happen because of the"Service Charge". To top it off, both the customer and merchant receipts do not have the breakdown of your orders. So youcannot see their "Service Charge." So again, not bad service, and the food is okay, but hidden costs and drinking alcoholshould never never mix because you will pay more for no reason as a customer. Read more
Celebrated my now teenage daughter's birthday with her friends and I was really satisfied with the their service. We enjoy 2... hours of bowling, pizza, chicken wings and soft drinks for a affordable price. I would recommend this place to anyone who isready to have fun. Read more
Great bowling alley. Liked it when it was still West Covina lanes but the new mock-up is great now a bowlero! Great specials... everyday on games, food and drinks. Great place to chill and watch a game and have a drink. Good family fun as well with thearcade and lanes to play your heart out. Read more
It was so much fun. It's been years since we've been bowling and it's the first time for our 3 and 6 year olds. They had a... blast. The staff were great and helpful. They have a section for adults as well as an arcade with a giant PacMan/Galaga arcadegame. Plenty to do for everyone in the family. Definitely making Bowlero a frequent family outing. Read more
Didn?t bowl but the drinks and food were very expensive. Keep in mind they add gratuity automatically. The games were fun.
