Drive thru was shut down. We were notified by the 2 employees standing at the back door smoking. Went in and order 1 kids meal... and 1 burger. Asked for plain one both. Once we got in the car headed down the interstate my child took a bite and the burgerhad extra of everything on it. Order was made wrong. On google it says they?re open until 2am. I was in line ready to order since 1:30am. By the time we got to the order machine... they told us they were closed. We pulled up to the window to speak to someone and explained that we were in line since 1:30amand they still turned us away just because it was 2:00am on the dot. You cannot keep customers with that attitude. Fix theissues. Lots of customers were turned away and some even left due to the wait time . Either get more staff or get better staffwho are willing to do their job. Read more

I don?t know what?s going on with this store they have been pretty okay every time I go but these last few days it?s been a... complete mess. I went Sunday (9-18-2022 ) night and it was horrible. The fries were cold and the staff was horrible with theattitudes. I decided to go back this morning and it was amazing except the older woman taking orders (Toni I think is her name)she was rude and pushy and being bossy telling me to move up. Like have some respect. Then telling a crew member ?dang theykeep running up my time? like I couldn?t hear her. Needless to say this store needs work and some need attitude adjustments. Theother girl who brought me my food (Nicole) was very apologetic about the wait. The man with the tattoos and goatee was also verykind and had a smile the whole time. Only person that had a great attitude was the tattoo guy taking the money, everyone else i encountered was very rude! Fast food... drive thru should not take 30 minutes to get your food! I Asked the lady in the next window for a receipt and she had andattitude and replied "it will be in the bag, now pull forward!" Read more
They were relatively quick through the drive through. However when we got our food, we did not get my daughter's chicken... nuggets. When I walked in to get them the lady behind the counter was very rude and acted like she didn't want to be there. Ithink her name was Connie, but do not remember for sure. She cut me off when I was trying to explain what happened and shelooked at our receipt then asked "so what do you need?". I ended up getting an attitude as well because of her. I was at this store today at lunch. They were slammed. Nicole who was manning the drive thru was great. Very efficient,... explained why they were slower than normal. She was very professional and maintained a great attitude. Nicole you Rock, and Ihope your bosses acknowledge that fact. Read more
This restaurant is forever off my list. Pulled in the drive through lane and was advised they could not take my order, I had to... order at the counter so in I go. Inside was chaos, people everywhere, one very disinterested girl manning the order line.Finally got my order in and stood in another line for pickup only this area has the stickiest floors one can imagine fromfountain drink spills.
