Another patron threatened to stab me while I was checking out tonight paying for my Togo order. The Waffle House staff did very... little to intervene besides one tall gentleman who worked there, most of them harassed me and one even said he should?ve let himbeat me up. I tried calling back later and asking for a manger to which I was told several things before I was hung up on. So Icalled back saying if they wouldn?t give me a managers name I would take legal action. Then they hung up on me. Waitress was super friendly. If you like adventure and walking the thin line of danger, eat there. My silverware looked like... they may have used it to change the wax ring around the closet flange under the toilet. The skillet and pans used to cook myeggs and pancakes may also be used for assembly line animal sacrifices. Other then that...I'm still alive :-) Read more
Call in a order tonight well this morning get there pick up the order get home open the order up and a surprise my order wasn't... done correctly I asked for onions in my egg and the waffle they gave me look like it was from yesterday it's just ridiculous.Don't you just hate when you hungry late at night and then they mess up your food that's why I gave them a two star for. This was my first time eating at a Waffle House and, I must say that the food was good and served quickly. Our waitress was okay... but the table that we sat at needed to be wiped off because it was sticky. .overall the food was Delicious ????. Read more
The service was excellent from Dominique and the young man who was training under her. I was at store #264 and was treated so... professionally from the minute I walked in. My order was perfect so my compliments to the chef. I will definitely visit thislocation again when I am in that area. Read more
I visited this place today 1/23/2022 and the customer service was great taking my order and inside to pick up. Got to work to... eat and tried to cut my waffle and look at what's in it...a top cooked right in the center ?? I so wanted to eat that waffle, mygrits bowl was on point though lol!! Read more
Tried this location one Saturday morning. Friendly staff greeted us and we immediately got a table. Overall, the food and... service were good. In fact, the eggs were cooked perfectly. However, I couldn?t give five stars because the waffle wasundercooked and soggy. This was disappointing, especially since we had specifically asked for it to be well done and crispy. Read more
