I tried the Mulitas Texmex and the street taco with pork...amazing, so flavorful. The meat in both dishes was well-seasoned and... not dry at all like I've had at other Mexican restaurants. Buried under all those yummy toppings are 3 empanadas that I boughtfor lunch tomorrow, looks and smells so good! I will definitely be coming back to try more items. Read more
I don't know what's better here...the people or the food. I'm a So. Calif native that grew up eating Mexican food. This place is... legit. Everything is spot on. Also, the couple that owns it are just two of the nicest people you will ever meet. I just lovethe fact that they come up with wild hotdog creations yet still have incredibly delicious standard, traditional Mexican food. Read more
The food here is AMAZING. I would go everyday if I could! Super affordable, the food came out fast, and I like how they had... pictures of the menu items. The service was great and the woman helping us at the front was very kind! The tacos are delicious,and I?ve never had a hot dog as good as the chipotle dog here!! ???? ???? April 13, 2021 - Still delicious but music was uncomfortably loud. I had birrhia tacos again. One child had a burrito. One had... the pizza hot dog. All was excellent. Tex Mex Columbia is not too far away from the Riverbanks Zoo. Dec 2021 - So good. I livein Northern Virginia and was tent camping at a nearby state park. We visited the Riverbanks Zoo and this was not too far away. Ihad 4 tacos that came with a bowl of yummy soup. The salsa Verde was very good. I can't wait to visit this place again on ournext trip to Columbia, SC. Read more

If you don?t try anything else, please get the Chori-Dog! I ordered it just to try and ended up going back to order a second... one. It was delicious. The owners were also super nice and helpful as this was our first time. I can?t wait to return to tryother menu items! Read more
Hot fresh food! Great service. Smaller restaurant in a plaza with table service. Chips and salsa were very original with chunks... of avacado. Two sauces for the table. No adult beverages. Lots of free parking. Read more
