Worst Taco Bell I have ever ordered from. Lately, I have been ordering through Door Dash and every time without fail, my sauce... packets are missing. I tried ordering multiple different kinds of sauce this time to see if they would finally notice the order,but nope. This time my drink was missing as well. The best part is seeing the orders for my sauce packet and whatever else ismissing printed on the receipt that is taped to the bag. When using the drive thru at this location, I have also had to ask forthe missing items on my order every single time. While missing items can be mitigated by ordering in person and checking my bag,I can't control the quality of the food at this location. The food is always burnt and hardly has any of the ingredients insidethe crunchwrap/burritos/tacos. Lastly, if you try to call the restaurant, the phone will ring for about a minute before arecording states that everyone is busy and to call back later. However, no matter how many times you call back, no one willanswer. Taco Bell is my comfort food and I love it, but this location is ruining it for me. I have never left a review for arestaurant before...that is how much I dislike this location. Read more
Ordered two large salads. One taco n one southwest. Got home to find two small salads. Taco ok. Southwest the lettuce was slimy... n the avocado was just nasty. Read more
Absolutely unpleasant! The rude woman in the drive thru repeated the order to us twice literally lying in our face about getting... it right... She seemed to enjoy the idea of screwing it up. Will NEVER RETURN! Read more
If your a vegetarian do not go to this location. They always get the order wrong the refried beans are always very dry and old.... Always employees outside smoking and manager was very rude when the order was wrong like it was the customer fault. The beans inthe Mexican pizza was a clump. Please improve your quality of food and service. Read more
The crunch wrap was burnt! The quesadillas were also burnt smh. Not even completely wrapped and nothing was even inside just... look at it. The morning shift cannot be bothered to make your order correctly. I should not have to specify that I want sauce on something... that -according to the menu- COMES WITH SAUCE. They will also substitute an item (without telling you!!) if they are OUT of theone you ordered! I guess they think that no one will fight traffic to come back and complain.
