I took my niece in because we live close by and blessed their hearts, not sure if they're short staffed or what but the younger... cashiers have a hard time going with the flow of building sandwiches then ringing customers up, so the older manager had to jumpin and help and was all over the place herself. This subway changed owners a year ago or so and it has went down hill. The bread is old and all you get is a spoonful of meat on... a steak and cheese. I will drive across town to another location before I eat here again. Read more

Owned by Mid Eastern Indians now, can't understand them, difficult to order and the subs are very thin...less meat and... cheese...more veggies. Not worth the price now. Read more

vendors. Subway use to be my go to subway. But as of late. They either don't have the meat I came in there for or they don't... have the type of bread I want. Which is very frustrating when you've finally made up your mind what you want. Probably wouldn'tbe so bad if they had a drive through. Read more

Opens at 9am. Got there at 8:50am waited until 9:05am before entering and door was locked. Stood and waited for 5 mins, knocked... on the door, employee never came. Called the number on the door for Kimberly and no one answered, sounds like a fax line. Alittle background history I've been coming to this location for years. I work close by so this was always my go to for breakfastand lunch. They use to open at 6 or 7am so coming in at 830am was a regular thing for me. I stopped coming for breakfast for awhile to save money. I guess during this break ownership was switched up along with store hours. One morning I came at 830am perusual, door was open, I walk up to order and the guy rudely tells me that they're closed and do t open until 9 and that it'sposted on the door. It was said in such a manner like he was trying to insult my intelligence. Same employee wasn't open at 9am. Read more

Horrible customer service. Stopped into this location this morning. When I first walked in, there was not anyone behind the... counter. I waited a few minutes and just as I was getting ready to leave a young lady walked out of the back. She asked if I wasready to order. I told her I?d like three footlong subs but that on those subs I just wanted the meat and cheese. I asked hercould she put lettuce, tomato?s, onions and pickles in a container due to I wasn?t sure what everyone wanted on their sub. Shetold me no, that the only way she would put those vegetables in a container was if I purchased the platter. I told her that Ididn?t need a platter. I informed her that other Subway locations will do that. She very rudely told me that she wasn?t going toput the vegetables on the side and really behaved as if she could care less about getting my business. I then left and did notpurchase anything. This place is horrible! They try to short you on everything. I have eaten here 3 times and each time was not satisfied. I tried... to give them another chance since they are extremely convenient to my job and they are a healthier option, but they just can'tget it right! The 1st time I came the lady gave me the wrong cookies, didn't even ask me what kind I wanted but the manager didreplace them, 2nd time she put too much mustard and mayo but acted like she had an attitude when I asked her to take some off.This 3rd (and final) time, when I ordered my sub I noticed that the man did not fill up the scoop used for the Rotisseriechicken and the meat didn't even cover the whole sub. When I asked him about it he told me that's how much comes on it????. Thisis the ONLY Subway that I ALWAYS have a problem with. Won't be back! Read more

I adore Subway, sure, but man there is one employee here that makes the trip wonderful! I don't quite know his name to give him... the recognition he deserves, but his personality and sense of humor make ordering quite the fun experience! My family areregulars for sure, and it's like 90% this guy's doing! Just great customer service! Read more
