I've been to 3 of thier locations and each one was a pleasant experience. The food was delicious and I really was impressed... with their Baby Bella Wrap it was absolutely amazing. Really would love to see one come to the area of Douglasville GA. Read more
I love grouchos but this is the worst location I have ever been to . They wouldn?t even apply my military discount . Very... disrespectful to the men and women who are serving their country . I would not recommend this location. The area also does notappear to be minority friendly. Read more

Just had the worse experience with the west cola, sc location today 8/22/21. There was a maggot or some type of worm crawling... out of my salad. I actually ate some of the salad before I noticed it crawling out of my plate I?m disgusted and feeling sick tomy stomach. I called to report the issue with manager she offered to remake my salad and went on to say how fresh everything is,basically not taking accountability for the maggot or worm being in my food. I told her no I?d like a refund. Definitely didn?tfeel as if she apologetic about the situation at all. Do better grouchos. Read more
