This place is the absolute best. I'm working my way through their menu, so far everything has been excellent. It's quirky...... the hours are short, to go only, it's cash only, no phone-in orders, there are only 5 people allowed inside at a time, so youusually have to queue up on the sidewalk. But, it is COMPLETELY WORTH IT! This place is a hidden gem that's been right in frontof me for years. I'm looking forward to becoming a regular. Read more

Let me footnote, I have lived in New York and from Chicago. My expectations of Chinese food are high. Well Eggroll Station... exceeded expectations. The wait for food was minimal and it was hot and fresh. Prices are amazing and portions are great. Manysay the portions are for 2, I disagree on this. I was able to eat all my food as shown in photos and could have ate more. Withthat said, the fried rice was Chicago style. Thank you! No vegetables just plain oily fried dark rice with eggs and greenonions. But the true winner is the egg rolls. My assumption these aren't made fresh as they have the exact same taste as theones at my Chinese spot in Chicago. But omg they are amazing. I suggest getting 2 or more, you will want more. I just feel like customer service should go hand in hand with loyal customers. I?ve been going to this place for about 2 years... now. The food is great, no questions asked. My issue is, I arrive at a few minutes prior to close time and was told that myorder couldn?t be placed. Mind you, all the items that I wanted was still out on the bar. People will gladly accept your moneyfor their services but we,the customers can?t get courtesy in return. It makes no sense to me.
